Duties:
1.Product and project management:
1.1In combination with the Company's long / medium-term development goals, formulate PI product development strategy, reasonably plan PI product line and product profit, and support the implementation of the Company's strategy.
1.2According to the Company's objectives and guided by clients and the market, plan PI new product launch plan, analysis PI industry development and market demand, formulate product development plan, coordinate and organize the Company's internal resources, and promote the development and launch of new product.
1.3Manage the whole life period of PI product in charge, including client verification, application tracking, sales analysis, profit analysis, product improvement, product elimination, product line optimization or extension, and establish the entry and exit strategies of product.
According to PI product performance and lower reach application, put forward product improvement suggestions, refine and summarize product selling points, and provide training support to the sales team.
2.Market analysis:
2.1 Be responsible for the preliminary research and demand analysis of the project, deeply understand the market, and collect industry trends and relevant policy information.
2.2Provide market support for the implementation of the Company's strategic projects through analysis of PI market competition and demand, prediction of industry prospects and trends, client research, and client verification.
2.3Timely collect market intelligence and feedback, new technology product development message, analyze and track competitors, and analyze and judge the above market message to provide basis for market decision-making.
2.4Keep good control with clients, correctly and comprehensively understand clients' needs, provide clients’ verification basis for strategic products, and propose performance improvement plans according to the verification results.
2.5Formulate market strategies and action plans to provide strategies for the marketing activity and promotion activity of strategic product.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in macromolecule materials, chemical engineering, marketing and other majors is preferred;
2.With keen market perception capability and strong product planning capability, be able to grasp the market demand and effectively gene conversion into product solutions.
3.Collection and sorting capability of comprehensive information.
4.Fast learning capability and open mind, excellent oral Control and written expression capability.
5.Have a deep understanding and thinking about the current situation and development of polyimide industry, and with a deep understanding of the application and technological development of product.
6.Strong pressure resistance capability, able to parturition achievement in a timely and smooth manner.
7.At least 5 years’ product, market and technology relevant working experience in the industries, such as separate protective film /PI film / graphene film /PET film.
